After exercising I told myself I need to go for a walk because I know the sun will make me feel nice but then I spent a whole hour reading post on this which also make me happy đ seriously I gotto go walk now why does the door always seem so hard to open.

Hehe I have a UV lamp on my desk⊠guess how often I have to tell myself I need to get off my phone and go use my computer so I can use my sun lamp? (Several times a day) And guess how often I totally forget I have it? (Nearly every day) The struggle is real! Lolz
