BTW, there’s 50-70% overlap between autism and ADHD.
Just read the book “Blooming differently” by Leanne Maskell. Very informative, but also quite depressing.

Thank for the recommendation as my oldest son 23 is on the Spectrum and was just diagnosed with ADHD last summer. 💖

She explains very honestly and detailed what difficulties she had. I found that rather depressing and skipped some parts - but that’s just me.
