tips for waking up early?

I go to bed pretty early but still have a terrible time trying to wake up. I sleep through my alarm like it's not even going off lol

I try to grab something from my nightstand. Like my phone or drinking a big glass of cold water (always my insulated bottle). Or ask “Alexa” to play music that doesn’t wake me up too suddenly

making sure when you go to sleep that you are in a space that is cold and dark (if possible!!) but light and tea or coffee is what I recommend to wake up !!

I find that having things on my bedside table that I know will make me feel better helps. These are face wipes (helps grogginess, gets the blood going), chapstick, and water. U could also have a muesli bar or something similar to eat. For the actual waking up part, I used this AI audio of Taylor Swift yelling at me to wake up and it worked 😭 maybe someone yelling at you as an alarm will give u some adrenaline lol

Ever since I got my Apple Watch and my alarm buzzes my wrist now I’m always waking up to it lol, not sure if you have one but it’s worth it. I figured out too that I have to either wipe my face with cold water or get a shower in the morning in order to wake up and stay awake.
