Loathing Work

Does anyone have an affirmation or something for making it to work each day? I am feeling very negative emotions when it comes to going to my job. So much so that I get nauseous and feel like crying. I'm actively looking for another job but can't just quit on the spot with nothing lined up. Currently the job is overwhelming, understaffed, with no raise in 2 years and no recognition.

Try the Tony Robbins priming exercise - you find it for free on his YouTube channel. It sets you up to have a good day. But aside from that definitely find another job - and maybe even think about if you like your career in the first place. Because staying in a job you hate, because you feel you have no other option literally breaks you over time. I know, because I have and it did. It’s been over 3 years now and I’m still digging myself out of the hole I got myself into…
