Postpone

I tend to postpone a lot of things, including send emails. I have to send 2 important emails today and I already can predict that I will postpone to this evening (very late) or to tomorrow (when is actually too late). The emails I need to send aren’t difficult, but I need to think of the best way to write them, and I think that’s the problem… in my head these emails look like the worst and most difficult thing in the world, when they’re not. Do you also suffer from this? What do you do?

I use this hack as well and it has been extremely useful in alleviating the stress over writing an email that best represents your thoughts and ideas.

Ask chatGPT to write it for you! You can just voice record what must be in it and he makes it a nice e-mail. It is the best for chaotic minds!

I ended up using chat gpt! I wrote basically what I wanted to say, and asked chat gpt to write it more formally 😂

I also use it very often and for people with ADHD it is very helpful in all kinds of things. It can also be used for creating learning posters.
