Cooking tips

I cant get myself to eat more healthy meals 🥲 like im always reaching for something sweet or i just forget to eat, idk to stay consistant help pretty please

I absolutely LOVE cooking. Try some easy apps like "Chefkoch", buy a healthy ingredient and build a meal around it. I love baked feta pasta from the oven, already got your fresh tomatoes, olive oil, herbs, onion, garlic. And carbs of course, but you could use whole grain pasta, add a salat et voila. Try soups (carrotsoup, zucchinisoup, brokkolisoup) with "healthy" bread to actually fill you. Make a fruit bowl with yoghurt and a drop of honey for sweetness, maybe nuts. Maybe those ideas may help 🥰

I bought an Instapot and downloaded the recipe app. Lots of great easy nutritious recipes. It’s cut my cooking time in half.

Tip from me - font go to shop hungry and not purchase sweet alcohol etc If if not home -90% less you will eat it
