>_<¦¦¦ I have this feeling too! I review all the embarrassing things before bedtime and this leads to my insomnia🥲 But when I ask others what they think about the stupid things I've done. Many of them can't remember the things at all. So you don't have to worry much⌯>ᴗo⌯ .ᐟ.ᐟ Just enjoy your way of life❤️🤲🏻

You can consider you in the past as an adorable friend sharing her embarrassing moments to you. Then you might know the things aren't so bad as you thought(´• ω •`)ノ

Thank you 🙏🏻 for that. Such great advice. Sometimes we forget to be kind to ourselves and that it was never as bad as we thought. ❤️

Me too 👋 it took me many therapy sessions to worry less. But you should remember that other people have a short memory and they think about themselves 99% of the time. So, I guess nobody really remembers those words that make you feel so overwhelmed.

Me too, but this never happens anymore...maybe because social life is almost inexistent lately
