Rainy days

I have chronic pain from several conditions. Does anyone else find rainy days, particularly cold days, make everything hurt worse? Add in ADHD guilt for not being productive and my inner talk can get pretty negative. What tips, hacks, tricks, etc do y'all have to combat these feelings, stay productive, etc? Thanks for attending my TED talk. 😊

Yes. I experience this. My pain ramps up with barometric pressure and also when it’s cold and damp.

Routine is the only thing that really helps me. This app helps too.

Saaame. Seems like anytime I try to do something fun it makes my condition worse too for weeks. :/ I have animal so can’t really quit haha

Well I moved my PS5 to the bedroom, so I count playing the game being productive even if I'm in bed. It's better than being frozen closing apps all day long. Hope you find something that works for you! Maybe read a book?
