My daily reward is to ask the tribe a question and it told me to use the prompt "something that bothers me". So the past two days, people have been bothering me. Do you guys find it even harder to focus on your own task and goals when socializing? Or does the pressure to socialize totally throw off your plans? Cause it do for me.

I am always fighting against it lately. Ever since I got trapped in my own basement by squatters during Covid. I don't want to do anything anyone else asks me to do if I already have something in mind to do, like I JUST got a snack and picked out a movie and was hoping to fall asleep in an hour and NOW is when you want to go to the neighbors and they're asking for ME? What? Hell no. Sorry, Not Sorry. It seems the only way to help it is to stop feeling guilty. I'm not 100% there but it's something I can control. Say you are busy, even if it's just you typing a reply to a comment like I am now. I'm busy for the next few seconds, go away until I'm done or I'm never going to be done. The people who know me don't take offense to that and the people who don't know me don't matter. In the grand scheme of things, yes, we all matter, but in the next 5 minutes? My own shit matters first.
It does for me too, somebody wants to hangout or needs my help for something and no Mather what I have going on, I forget all about it or feel gejokte and go do something or go help the person in the situation. It is so annoying but if I don’t do it I feel guilty and I can’t get anything done either………🫣🤬 Does anybody have aan idea Thatmight help?
Yeahh unfortunately socializing affects me negatively and my work environment is a 120 people open-plan studio 😫😫
