焦虑让我过分地做那些我不喜欢做也不应该一直做的事

我在准备一场考试，但是由于我落后于自己设计的计划，我变得很焦虑，现在严重到每天都在规划和寻找提高效率的方法，但是一点也没有进度。实际上，在我没有落后于计划的时候，我每天都能高效地专注于我真正的任务。我明明可以花时间专注于复习，或者干脆不复习而是用来做自己喜欢的事情(比如绘画，学小提琴)，但是现在我把时间全浪费在那些无意义的规划和反思上🤪🤪🤪
