Struggling with home tasks

Hi! First of all, I hope you can understand my writing, English isn't my first language. I take my medication for ADHD daily, 1 year now. At the beginning of taking it it worked well, but then not so much, and they have already changed the dose several times, I am at the maximum of elvanse I always struggled with home tasks, especially with the clothes. I'm totally incapable of maintain an order with my clothes... But for a while now, I have a hard time doing any housework. Either I forget, or I have no motivation... It's done thanks to my husband doing it, but he's already starting to notice the burden of his work plus the housework... However, at work I do it without a problem, in fact I could say that I even like the tasks of cleaning the store or organizing the warehouse. The problem at work is that either I hyperfocus too much on the task, or I try to do several at once and I forget something or I do it halfway. Thanks God my boss is the best and she tries to help me, giving me one task at time, but that means more work for her or my coworkers... When I have motivation and start doing tasks at home, normally I get out of motivation middle task or I have to go somewhere and I have to let it without finish. Anyone has any tip in general that helps with motivation and concentration? Thanks

It's not much, but I like to mix smth interesting into those mundane routine tasks, e.g. listening to podcasts while doing my chores. It kinda helps
