I don't know if today was so good

Sometimes it's hard for me to tell if the day was good or bad, not because it was neutral, but because it was both. I was outside on and on a birthday party, I walked around and took photos of flowers or animals and baked banana bread. From bad things, I am in horrible pain because of my back. My acquaintance was gonna come over for a visit and when I cleaned the house and baked banana bread for him he didn't even text me that he won't. My parents are also yelling and I'm stressing out over tomorrow...

That wasn't really my friend, just mutual friend but no I didn't talk to him yet. I don't wanna bother myself reaching out for someone all the time if they won't do that
