OMG 1 YEAR !!

I'm so proud 😎 This app changed my life, I get up every day at 7AM, I do sports, I lost 10kg, I clean regularly my house, I cook, I read more books, I finished some unfinished craft projects... I took back control of my life, I never thought that routines was so powerful It hasn't always been easy to stick to my routines, but I always come back to them, and that's what matters I'm still procrastinating on some tasks but I'm sure I will find a way, my numo's team is very helpful and supportive on that ❤️ And now I'm enough confident to quit my job and start my own business Wish me luck🤞

you’ve just created a case of how we all can lead ourselves through the fog of procrastination and lack of focus. like life is not a constant to-do list. there are so many things to achieve and celebrate - even the tiniest ones. And a routine helps to get most of daily operations off our mind to help us enjoy all little moments and victories. I’m very proud of you🥺
