i can’t even watch something (like an anime or movie) without getting distracted every time and immm soooo bored of everything seems like i dont really have things that can actually make me feel very interested EVERYTHING IS so BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR

Any tips how to live with it?
I can never watch a whole movie if it’s on tv without getting up and doing something compared to watching on my iPad
ohh i get it, also even if i'm interested in a film, i eventually pick up my phone and scroll thru some useless apps cause i cant keep my focus
