Unlocking brown noise

Im new to the app. Seems like I can unlock the tool of touch point and emotional regulation but not brown noise, white noise, etc. Im still on the free trial. Is this part of the gamification? If so how do I unlock brown noise? Is there another reason I can’t open it? Thanks all
