ADHA DISCOVER

Hey everyone, I hope to express myself well I speak bad English...whatever I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago. Until now I was not affected by the situation! I have been overworked at work for more than 4 months and for 2-3 days I have been unable to go to work or even get out of bed.. It's like my executive dysfunction is taking over, I feel guilty, I feel like I'm worthless and like I'm giving up. I'm looking for some comfort and advice, thank you 🫰

You are not alone and zrying to seek help and comfort proves that you are not giving up. It shows that you are trying to fight and we are willing to fight alongside with you. :)
