Sad?

Why doesn't anyone talk about all the time I spend sad and angry. Like for no reason.

That might be a result of depression too (Living with ADHD does that, especially if you're lately diagnosed. It has done to me too.) So, talking this with your psychiatrist might be helpful 😶.

I’m constantly sad and angry… but I am also recently diagnosed with mayor depression…
