Self-checking doormat

Yesterday, I came to my sister’s house (there are multiple apartments and it’s more alike to be a campus building to be clear) and saw a doormat around one of the apartments door. There were listed items “Phone, Keys, Wallet” (on my native language, which is Ukrainian, it is Телефон, Ключі, Гаманець) and I want to have one for me too! Just need to get to know where do I get one🫠 UPD: Got a pic today, an amazing one it is!
