Do u suggest meds

I do suggest meds. My main suggestion is Methylphenidate. It works really well on my older brother who has ADD and on me when I was taking it last year.

A medical professional should be able to let you know if you need meds based on your diagnosis

Personally, I am not taking any ADHD meds right now; I tried some of them but didn't like the effect. But I know that here we have people that use meds and feel better.
