How many of you also experienced bruxism
Has anyone been given a reason to believe that that is unknown element of ADHD?

Just got diagnosed. Hope I remember every single day to use protections @.@
My daughter grinds her teeth at night but I constantly just clench my jaw and tens up in sholders, stomach and hands/feet when awake and sleeping, I also frown with my eyebrows when sleeping and for some reason I hold my breath when doing things as if I can't focus on breathing at the same time 😅 It all happens without me realizing it 🤷🏻♀️ I've also noticed that several people in my family do the same, all diagnosed with ADHD
I never grind my teeth because I absolutely despise the feeling of grinding teeth and probably because of my health anxiety or sensibility with some specific feelings... 😅 From what I know it's related to stress and anxiety, so it could be to our easily stressed minds.
🌟🇺🇦It would be super cool if we could add a 4th option for votes when posting polls. (@Julia)🇺🇦🌟
I grind my teeth so hard when I sleep that I have to get my mouth piece fixed every 3 months… I never thought it could be related to my adhd… 😮
My husband is diagnosed Tourette’s/undiagnosed AuDHD/ASD… he has been known to grind his teeth at night, especially, but sometimes I’ve noticed him do it during the day when he’s been super stressed. I can say I definitely clench my jaws but don’t think I’ve ever ground my teeth; I believe my mom clenches her jaws and has had a tendency to grind her teeth (undiagnosed ADHD but absolutely, 100,000%, has it), but I haven’t been around her enough lately, unfortunately, to witness if she still does it.
Maybe as a form of hyperactivity (you can put energy into that) or because ADHDers experience more stress in this neurotypical world than others but don’t quote me on that
