UNI + STUDY MANAGEMENT

heyaaa, I've struggled with my university work for almost two years from procrastination to late night revision to lack of attendance - I want it all to stop.Yet I keep on feeding into these habit time and time again especially with social media!!! it such an addiction fornme and doesn't come help when I tryna study.im aiming for a 2:1 in psychology but I am quite behind on my work in general - any tips and advice would be lovely.

Locking the phone with screen time app helped me a lot. I asked my friends to set the password.

I would lock only the apps that would distract me like youtube, instagram etc.

Get this book and use it daily. It has mini chapters for each day, each with "homework” to actually practice what you’ve learned that day. Stick with it, make it part of your morning routine and you won’t recognize your life a year from now 🍀

Maybe go to the library and leave the phone at home.
