i hope im not the only one here who always has to wear ear plugs in public when it's crowded đ i also NEED my earplugs to sleep, can't live without them

I don't have any, but it would help so much especially at work
I wear them 24/7, I have definitely been working on wearing them less when talking to others, but Iâm normally listening to music in the background of classes and such.
I would like to try it out đ Can anyone recommend me not expensive noise-cancelling ear plugs besides air pods? đ§

i use loop earplugs! i dont know if they're available in other countries but they do help a lot for me. i am usually distracted by music so i can't use music to overpower the noise. loop also has different variations depending on ur needs đ„°
i have my noise canceling headphones and they make my anxiety go away<3 (not really but let a girl be delusional)(they help a lot)
