i keep trying to find good documentary’s or podcast that’s acctually talk about the struggle of adhd and not just the good parts and there is zero from what i found most are about getting the diagnosis an not what comes after it anyone got any good watches for me?

Absolutely second recommending attitudemag.com for all of your ADHD knowledge and tools. I do listen to great podcasts on Spotify; finding the right episodes for you to listen to is the “in the trenches” trial and error that only you, and anyone who knows exactly what you’re wishing to know, can help yourself to find. All we can do here is to recommend podcasts and episodes, and that can feel overwhelming if you get a lot of recommendations. 🫂

I have found some on Spotify but they’re in german, so probably not helpful (mostly single episodes from my favorite podcasts) it’s possible but you really have to dig (my tip: educational podcasts or anything where they’re based knowledge and stuff)
