Hello, everyone! I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD (about 4 months ago) and am now in this whirlwind of trying to figure out how to cope with it. I have been spending my whole life thinking something was wrong with me and now that I have a diagnosis I am trying to find solutions to all of my…less than desirable habits (I’ll put it that way). Any advice, tips or words of encouragement are appreciated!
