PLEASE put in more levels… I don’t think I’ll renew subscription if nothing changes.. I love this app but feel like I’ve reached ‘the end’

When I get a notification from Numo about an article and try to open it, it just goes to my task list. I can never access the article or post! I’ve never been able to. Thank you
