I try to add 15 to 30 mins in front of the appointment time. It makes me think I’m late but then I actually get there just in time and the stress goes away.

I also have to lie to myself about the start time of things, I tell all my family and friends to lie about the start time by at least an hour! It works but not every time. I’m infamous for arriving towards the end of things so I don’t have to spend that much time out of my comfort zone.
I am perpetually late to everything so I put everything in my calendar 30 minutes before the real time. I am usually right on time but sometimes I get there early and can chill for a minute before an appointment.
As someone who works in healthcare scheduling and has ADHD. I wish EVERYONE would do this
