wait is this not normal? are you actually supposed to wake up not-tired and get tired in the evening???? im not even kidding i only get tired RIGHT before bed. I thought tired until afternoon was like. Everybody
It's not that I'm tired....I just hesitate to transition into getting up and out of bed. Transitions are soooooooo hard 😅
It happened to me that I was tired every morning, it turned out that my vit D and sone other tests were lıw, now I feel much better
I learned I’m more of a morning person so I get a lot of things done and am more awake with the sun, but once it gets dark, I’m like a flower. It’s over, close up for the night. Gets really challenging to get things done during winter when nights are longer.
It's weird, but yeah... It's like at night I still want to do so many things, but going to bed feels like a buzzkill.
