Study tips?
It’s been a hot minute since I was in college and tbh, I wasn’t a great student in college anyways. Anybody have some study tips for adhd for me? I have to go through a video training and it’s hours long.

3 years agoI would take notes in different colors and use different colored highlighters to take my notes. I also had a voice recorder to record my professor so if I missed something I could go fill it back in later. Going back to look at my notes and all the colors I used to take them always helped me in staying engaged at looking at the information. Not sure if any of that is helpful.
