3 years agoI'm bouncing all over the place today, but I'm hyperfocusing on what popped into my head at that moment and will have to Google and find it. I have got zero online shopping done today and not much of anything else either, 😂

3 years agoAdhd! I was recently diagnosed and I’ve got about ten books on adhd on my nightstand, joined CHADD and ADDitude magazine to binge read articles (late into the night 🤦🏼♀️) and watch hours of tik toks from other adhd’ers about adhd! 😜
