I just notice each sense not worrying about finding a certain number of ngs, just noticing what I see, hear, smell, taste, and feel.

I use uncomfortable feelings as a reminder to take a few deep breaths, notice nature around me, feel my feet in the ground

When I find my mind wandering all over the place I do a 5,4,3,2,1 grounding exercise. Naming in my mind 5 things i can see; 4 things I can hear, 3 things I can touch, 1 thing I can taste.
