Diagnosis - and then?

Hey everyone, I’m officially diagnosed with ADHD now and I’m wondering how you experience(d) the time after your diagnosis? What changes did happen in your life, did you go for medication, how did you feel having this “explanation”? I’d love to hear your stories 🌻
