HELLO. I’m new here and I’m hoping to meet some of you. I’m 45 and I live by myself. I procrastinate a lot and it’s very hard to keep up with the cleaning. I’m hoping I can find a group to motivate me with that. Another thing that is very hard for me is all my compulsive behaviours. Eating and spending mostly. If I want something, I want it now. Hey I’m new and haha same! How hard is cleaning when you live alone so there’s no real deadline unless people are visiting and then it’s a mad rush!

Hi Lady Bug. I totally understand the procrastination thing. I’m doing that right now instead of doing what I should do. I also shop way too much (I bought stuff last night that and the night before. Damn online shopping). I’m a lot older than you (68) but only recently found out that I am ADHD. I explained a lot. I really like the idea of answering to a group to motivate me but I’m not great with social media generally so if you don’t mind I’d appreciate tagging along with you and a group. I may be late with replies but I hope to improve. Best wishes to you
