How this app helps you?

I have fear I’ll be procrastinating inside it because of it’s social component🤔

Posts and comments here share personal experience — not medical advice. For treatment questions, talk to a clinician.

I can’t even figure out how to use the notion that people comment on anything I say or any posts I create. It’s mostly just a nice place to come and find like-minded people. And chat for a few. And the poof! Be gone with yourself, and you’re on your day. I don’t feel drawn to it at all like the way I feel social media works. I stopped using it because it was never about what others posted, but making sure I saw all the scroll until what I saw the last time. Yeah, I want a life. This is at least I feel like I’m talking to real people who aren’t trying to uphold an image like how social media sort of causes others to do.

The social stuff is not very distractable here compared to social medias

But also since you need to scroll past the stories to see new posts, it might be possible to redirect your attention to learning about ADHD topics in the stories instead

I think the social aspect isn’t too active so I don’t tend to get distracted by it
