Motivation..

sometimes when i feel super low (probably because i’ve got so understimulated lmao) i find grabbing my headphones and putting on the feel good songs i love helps me get up and do tasks i’ve been putting off. like tidying in my room, because i struggle to tidy so often 😅 does this help anyone else?

Yes! I hate cleaning and the only way I will compromise to do it is to listen to music. Also, I am a hybrid employee so on my commute, I sing at the top of my lungs. (I am a terrible singer and don’t put others through that, but it makes me feel better at the end of the day). 😊

Yes! I write my own music, so I often play my own and it gives that extra boost of motivation since I created what was getting me moving! It's a great feeling!
