3 years agoRemove all “shoulds” for how eating should look. Three meals per day, cooking for yourself, etc. It’s all made up, so you can make up what works for you and is as low effort as possible. I usually eat something like a clif builder bar in the morning. I keep a lot of easy freezer food on hand, and healthy snack items that don’t require prep. I almost never cook food that requires much effort.
