How to stay focused at work on a construction site?

That’s messed up, everybody standing around….then you look like the jerk and you’re sucked into low productivity. Unions have their own pace…and they can get stuff done , but everybody speeds up and slows down at the same pace….mediocre… A different crew may be needed. You might have to accept being that jerk but I’ll tell you what …your boss will notice and if he/she doesn’t…get a new one. Never stop. One day you may be the boss…or own your own company.

I get motivation from others. That’s what makes it hard for me. When everyone is standing around I have zero motivation and focus. If everyone is working I will give it my all
