I need tips, anyone else ADHD and dyslexic?
I'm in a mental overload rn, it's like both of neurological disorders inconveniently work hand and hand. My Dyslexic makes me over obsessed with my goals, time management, and staying organized so if I'm not on top of them I'm completely thrown off all day, while my ADHD makes me forget to stay on top of things or keeps me distracted from doing them and it's like a domino effect everyday. Like would it be best to just plan out every little detail? And how do I stay organized and clean without obsessing over it everytime? I've tried setting alarms I end up scheduling to many alarms and it's annoying to have to keep stopping them every hour or so.

You'll want to keep those alarms for the important stuff.. get ready for work, taking medicine, and important phone calls for instance. Fighting OCD is something I deal with on the regular too. The best thing I can do for that is plan 3 specific things for each day. Maybe put those on Google calendar along with bill reminders, shopping day, special events, and appointments. Things like (clean toilet, organize closet, and make a specific spot to always put remote/keys/phone/charger/purse/medication/flashlight or whatever it is lost 5 hundred times per day everyday). The next day plan just 3 more specific tasks to allow yourself to over-obsess about. If you're limited then it can help with overwhelm. You have other things to add-3 at a time-to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, etc.
