Hi there! Ever since I've been working from home, I can't seem to be able to install a real morning routine. It's a real struggle and I was wondering if any of you had any idea how to help?

I cannot recommend the no phone, journaling way to start the morning. The days where I spend about 10-20 minutes in the morning with my journal and planner are my most balanced mental health days. I do not do it everyday but would like to!
I’ve been trying out the ‘Miracle Morning’ routine from Hal Elrod. The title was a bit off putting to me, but its actually quite fun to do and sets you up for a good day
