Thank you hopefully that will help! I listened to the pink noise one yesterday and it made me feel like my ears were going to bleed!! :S
Apparently there’s a brown noise you can listen to. I find that helps me to sleep. Or I read until my eyes can’t stay open anymore. It REALLY sucks having ADHD and you’re just wired awake until you crash. I was up until 1!
