bro literally every pro makes mistakes every single game. even Messi loses the ball.
when someone gets angry at you for a mistake, that’s them not handling their emotions well, not you doing something terrible
you can’t fix how someone else reacts, that’s fully outside your control. but what you CAN do is not give it power. you focus back on the game.
when you’re scared of messing up you actually play worse

First you have to understand that mistakes are ok and its even better to be not perfect. Forgive yourself and tell that you can always come back stronger. Work on the mistakes not blaming over everything. Chill. Its all right.

I actually play very well but I'm afraid I'll make mistakes and can't play properly, who can do that when one is constantly thinking "what if I make a mistake right away and the others get angry?"
