I’ve procrastinated so much that everything is just too overwhelming now and I don’t know where to start on anything. Any tips?

I’ve procrastinated so much that everything is just too overwhelming now and I don’t know where to start on anything. Any tips?

Cleaning: Start with one area in one room. Ex start by sofa: tidy it, fluff pillows. Next: coffee table: declutter and clean. Sit down in your clean sofa and enjoy a hot beverage for a while 😊
What are your top 5 important and urgent tasks? Write them in the app and ask it to prioritise them 
One tiny task at a time. If my room is a mess, I start with one corner and tidy it.
