How do you deal with frustration?

I want to run away from this feeling all the time. Especially when I know that people get frustrated by me or I don’t meet their expectations. I read something about RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria) and every time at work or in personal life when people tell me, show me or at least I feel like they look at me differently after their frustrating experience with me - it fucks me up real bad and I feel more and more frustration and passive anger. What to do with it and how not to attach fails and frustrating moments to my identity?

completely relate - particularly with the passive anger and it can be over the most trivial things

Rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD) is when you experience severe emotional pain because of a failure or feeling rejected. This condition is linked to ADHD and experts suspect it happens due to differences in brain structure.
