I’m gonna crash out.
I’m so overwhelmed and have to much to do but it’s 2:49 am and nothing is done and I’m exhausted. ADHD paralysis and time blindness has put me through the wringer lately, and particularly this now Tuesday morning when I don’t have time for it anymore.

Hi. I'm going to take the examples in the drawing right because I can relate to it too. Appointments I fear to take : email-> when do you have next slots, please ? No talking, no ugly conversation with the assistant, you get an answer of a possible date and then you have time to check your schedule. Washing machine : products can wait, a little piece of soap left does the job at a hot temperature. Cat food : buy a small one or the first one available, he needs to eat, point. Its not a week or two of not enough protein that's gonna kill him...then do a research for the next packet. In conclusion, avoid conflicts, take your time, buy your peace of mind. I always want to do the perfect thing, turns out it blows my mind and make me procrastinate. Plus, I do only small stuff during the adverts of my tv show: my housework shores are a little bit done, takes little effort, and 3 or 4 minutes are scheduled. Take heart!
