Boundries

So long story short we share 4 and half acres with my in laws. We have our own separate converted shed house. Currently they're building a carport and they're angle grinding and welding in our garage as they need to use our power supply. I guess I'm just venting as they started before 8:30am and didn't even mention they were starting. Is it just impolite to not even make sure we were awake and ready for the noises. Guess I just needed to get it off my chest.
