Who has this?

Raise your hand if you have a pet that is your therapist. Mine is. But do they ever give you that ADHD brain that goes on fire whenever something small, that is negative, just comes to you? Me! Tell me your thoughts.

Have 2 cats. They are bad therapists (too selfish😂) but great examples of how to approach life. And they make me laugh so much and so often. They remind me of what really matters when I’m overthinking: eat, sleep, play, throw things off shelves.

I have a dog but I’m in trouble if I want any help out of him 😂 He thinks he is a 4 year old boy just like my son. I love them both dearly, but they drive me coo coo. But are just the best snugglers at the same the same time 🥰

My dog is very quiet almost all of the time at home, he just lying down that gives me this sense that everything can be slow and that’s ok. he just have more phlegmatic vibe, totally like therapist!
