2 years agoI can have up to 10 thoughts running through my mind at the same time I’m very good at what I do in Construction, because of my ADHD, but the loud noise inside my head the fact it never shuts up even when I’m sleeping, it’s gonna wind up being the death of me

2 years agoI feel like for me I have several running at the same time, and if I try to pinpoint one, my brain kind of spirals, or I’ll get repeating phrases stuck in my head then I’m no longer thinking, but my brain is so loud
