My friend who is not neuro spicy comes swimming with me every week. It’s the only way I go consistently
What worked for me is body doubling / accountability partner / gym buddy. 😅 I couldn't get going to the gym but my best friend fought tooth and nail to get me there (exaggerating of course 😂) and I'm so thankful to her! ❤️ Now I have also gotten my sister into the same gym so I can go to the gym with my BF or my sister. :) Sometimes I might even go by myself that is a complete victory! 😄 If you can afford it you could also get a private trainer and that would definitely get you to the gym. Workout at home takes too much willpower for me and I give up quite easily. But I did do a perfect 30 day challenge on BetterMe app a year ago. Maybe something like that can help you too..
I also do some yoga (or just some poses) while watching tv or being on the phone. (Not as often as I want to though) But really am missing the feeling after a run. Just can’t get myself to actually go for a run
I feel you! Lately I’ve just been trying to start small with physical tasks around the house or gentle yoga while watching tv. This has slowly been building my motivation to not just sit around.
