Back to the issue at hand : sleeping problems… I had those for a loooong time… What really helped me was : 1/ medication : helped me be feel energetic during the day and tired at night 2/ realizing that there’s a time for everything, and after 9 pm, it’s not time for work anymore but for relaxation 3/ realizing that I don’t have to earn the right to relax, but that I need to relax for my health 4/ Doing cosy agreable things at the end of the day : for me, it could be herbal infusions ; a soft blanket on the couch ; cuddling with my kids, my dogs, my husband ; anticipating getting into a comfy bed with a warm and soft duvet ; reading ; listening to ASMR (sometimes, when I feel that my body is ready to sleep but my mind is not yet, I put on my airpods and set a timer on my ASMR app (15 or 30 mn), and it stops by itself) 5/ Routines can help but that’s not my forte… (skin care, dental care, etc.) 6/ I forgot : I need to relieve my anxiety for the next day so I make sure to prep all my stuff (work bag, clothes, lunch box) at the beginning of the night so I can be freed of these details 7/ Have you tried Melatonine ?

Do you prefer speaking French rather than English? I'm learning Italian, but I don't speak it well enough to continue this discussion in that language... You know you can translate what I write and then answer in Italian and I will translate what you wrote!
