Motivation.

Trying to find the motivation to do anything recently is so hard. I find myself knowing there’s so much I need to do but just have the inability to do it because I’m just overstimulated 24/7 and I can’t explain to someone that I snapped at them because their footsteps were too heavy and I could hear the electric flowing through the wires above their head. 😭😭

Motivation is unreliable and fleeting. Habit is better. Even if it’s for 3 minutes just put yourself in front of something you want to do when you’re motivated, and do it once a day. Still hard, but it gets easier and I find the motivation comes after.

I feel like this a lot, personally with 4 siblings it’s hard, if you’re in a situation like that you just need to find the space to leave and take a breather. I recommend Calmer (buy them on amazon) honestly a life saver, it makes loud environments muffled and really helps overstimulation
