3 years agoFor me it took a lot of experimenting with what my sensory needs are, and they change sometimes too. See if things like deep pressure works (weighted blanket, lying on the ground, hugging) or maybe singing, dancing, going somewhere dark and quiet, listening to brown noise, touching something soft or spikey or squishy. There’s endless things to try
